Are children allowed to stay in dorm rooms ?
We are sorry that our dormitory category would not be suitable for children and we would like to keep a quiet zone for all sharing guests in the dormitory.
What is the check in time?
For all destinations check in is from 14:00 hrs onwards. Early check-in is available, subject to availability, additional charges may apply However, our guests may store their luggage at the property and use the hotel’s facilities while waiting for the room.
What is the check out time?
For all destinations, check out is from 12:00 hrs (noon).
Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of your departure date (with additional charges). Also, after charges may apply. Kindly contact front desk directly before last day of your stay at the property.
After checking out before noon, the guests may leave their luggage at the property and use the hotel’s facilities while waiting for departure time.
My flight arrives late in the evening, is it possible to check in late?
No worries, our staff is here to welcome you 24/7. You can check in anytime after 2 pm.
Do you require a booking deposit?
Our hotel requires credit card guarantee for any promotions with normal cancellation policy and the full payment for any promotions with non-refundable.
Can I make a reservation without credit card?
Yes. Our hotel can accept the booking without credit card detail, which you can use Ipay option/bank transfer or if you don’t have any of them, also don’t hesitate to contact our reservation team. We are pleased to help you.
What currency/credit card do you accept for payment at the hotel?
We accept Visa, Master, Union pay, Alipay cards, and cash in local currency. USD is applied only in Lub d Cambodia Siem Reap.
How can I amend or cancel a reservation?
You can click the link from our confirmation email to modify or cancel your reservation. Otherwise, please feel free to contact our reservation team directly at rsvn@lubd.com
What is your amendment/cancellation policy?
To avoid any penalty charges, please arrange any amendments or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. If changes or cancellations are made after this time, the hotel will charge 100% of the booking amount. This policy may vary for non-refundable bookings, as specified in the terms and conditions at the time of reservation.
Are we entitled to a refund if we cancel the reservation?
Refunds for canceled reservations are subject to our booking conditions. Under our standard cancellation policy, you must request the cancellation at least one day prior to your arrival date. Once the cancellation is processed, we will refund the full amount to your credit card. Please note that the refund process can take several weeks, and the timeline may vary depending on your bank’s procedures and policies.
What are the basic amenities included in the room rate?
We provide a comfortable bed, clean sheet, blanket, towel, body wash, shampoo, free Wi-Fi, air conditioner, and a key card in all room types.
What is the front desk hours?
Our front desk is 24 hours service.
Do you provide an extra bed?
We do not offer extra beds, However we do have connecting rooms available subject to availability.
Do you have a luggage store and how much is for the service?
Guests can store their luggage free of charge with the maximum 2 months before check-in or after check-out.
Can I bring a third party person to my room?
All guests must be registered at the front desk before going to the room.
we allow 1 joiner to a private room only (Id is required and an extra charge may apply)
Please also note that in case of any unexpected circumstance caused by the outsider, the guest must be responsible for the loss and damage at the property.
What is the minimum check in age?

How do we shorten the stay or cancel the booking?
If you have made the booking from an online travel agency website or a travel agency, please contact them first.
If your booking was made via the hotel website or from direct booking with the hotel reservation or host team, please write an email to our reservation team directly.

Is it possible to have a specific room arrangement (e.g. adjoining room, connecting room, pool view room, corner room, high floor room, staying same room together etc.)?
Sure we will try our best to fulfill your requests, Let us know in advance and we can check the availability of the request.
Can we have a breakfast box?
You can inform our host team at the hotel in person directly. They will prepare the breakfast box for you accordingly. Extra charges may apply.
Can we request for a baby cot?
Please be informed we do not offer this service.
Can we request for a smoking room?
As we are a non-smoking hotel, and our rooms are all non-smoking rooms accordingly. Smoking in the room is prohibited and will be subjected to the penalties.
To ensure all guests’ comfort while staying with us, smoking areas are provided in specific locations or where designated, and you are allowed to smoke only at those spots in order to avoid disturbance and maintain hygienic and healthy environment.
If i have Booked via an Online travel Agent can I cancel or adjust my booking direct with the Hotel
If you have made your booking via a 3rd party then you must contact them to make any changes
