Currently our hotels in Thailand Lub d Siam is temporarily closed as an impact from the COVID-19 situation. However, guests can check the rates for future booking from our website or send us an email to for all queries.

For Lub d Phuket Patong, Lub d Samui, Lub d Siem Reap and Lub d Makati, we are operating with the highest level of safety and hygiene measures including:

What is the Lub d best rate guarantee?

Easy! We always make sure that our rates here on are the cheapest that you can get for our hostels. So don’t waste your time, you won’t find a cheaper Lub d anywhere else. Also, book direct with us to always get the best benefit!

Are children allowed to stay in the dorms?

All children below 5 years old can share the same room with parents complimentary and only applicable for all private rooms. We are sorry that our dormitory category would not be suitable for children and we would like to keep a quiet zone for all sharing guests in the dormitory.

What is the check in time?

Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs onwards.
Early check-in is only subject to availability. (additional charges may apply)
However, our guests are allowed to store their luggage at the property, use hotel’s facilities while waiting for the room.

What is the check out time?

Check-out time is before 12:00 hrs (noon).
Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of your departure date. (with additional charges)
Check-out before 18:00 hrs is 50% of the room charge on the day.
Check-out after 18:00 hrs is considered an additional night.
Kindly contact front desk directly before last day of your stay at the property.
After check-out before noon, the guests are allowed to leave their luggage at the property and use hotel’s facilities while waiting for departure time.

My flight arrives late in the evening, is it possible to check in late?

No worries, our staff is here to welcome you 24/7. You can check in anytime after 2 pm.

Do you require a booking deposit?

Our hostel requires credit card guarantee for any promotions with normal cancellation policy and the full payment for any promotions with non-refundable.

Can I make a reservation without credit card?

Yes. Our hostel can accept the booking without credit card detail, which you can use Ipay option/bank transfer or if you don’t have any of them, also don’t hesitate to contact our reservation team. We are pleased to help you.

What currency/credit card do you accept for payment at the hostel?

We accept Visa, Master, Union pay, Ali Pay cards, and cash in local currency. USD is applied only in Lub d Cambodia Siem Reap.

How can I amend or cancel a reservation?

What is your amendment/cancellation policy?

First, please make the arrangement 2 days prior to the arrival date, in order to avoid any penalty charge.Thereafter the hostel would apply one-night accommodation charge or subject to terms and conditions when making the reservation in case of non-refundable required.

Are we entitled to a refund if we cancel the reservation?

It is subject to booking conditions. With the regular cancellation policy, which the cancellation requirement should request to our reservation two days before arrival date, after that our hostel would process the refund the whole amount or the rest amount to your credit card balance. Please note it would be taken few weeks to process on this, and it is subject to individual bank procedure and policy.

What are the basic amenities included in the room rate?

We provide a comfortable bed, clean sheet, blanket, towel, body wash, shampoo, free Wi-Fi, air conditioner, and a key card in all room types.

Our front desk is 24 hours service.

Do you provide an extra bed?

Lub d Bangkok Siam – No extra bed can be added in all room types as the space is quite limited.
Lub d Patong – One extra bed can be added in Deluxe Room only and additional charge will be applied.
Lub d Samui – No extra bed can be added in all room types as the area in one room is quite limited.
Lub d Siem Reap – No
Lub d Makati – No

Do you have a luggage room and how much is for the service?

Guests can store their luggage free of charge with the maximum 2 months before check-in or after check-out.

Can I bring a third party person to my room?

The guest is allowed to bring only 1 joiner into the private room only.
However, she/he is required to register at the front desk before going into the room.
Please also note that in case of any unexpected circumstance caused by the outsider, the guest must be responsible for the loss and damage at the property.

What is the minimum check in age?

18 years old.

We are honeymooners. Do we get any special decoration?

This needs additional expenses to ornament and provide as requested.
However, our rooms are newly designed with the contemporary décor and probably give you the cosy and sweet ambiance once you stay in.

Is it possible to have a specific room arrangement (e.g. adjoining room, connecting room, pool view room, corner room, high floor room, staying same room together etc.)?

These requests cannot be confirmed in advance as it is subject to room availability.
However, we will note the guest requests and will try the best to fulfill it if possible.

Can we have a breakfast box?

You can inform our host team at the hotel in person directly. They will prepare the breakfast box for you accordingly.

Can we request for a baby cot?

Please be informed that only Lub d Phuket Patong can provide the baby cot.
You need to inform us in advance via email directly.

Can we request for a smoking room?

As we are a non-smoking hotel, and our rooms are all non-smoking rooms accordingly. Smoking in the room is prohibited and will be subjected to the penalties.

To ensure all guests’ comfort while staying with us, smoking areas are provided in specific locations or where designated, and you are allowed to smoke only at those spots in order to avoid disturbance and maintain hygienic and healthy environment.
