First, please make the arrangement 24 hrs prior to the arrival date, in order to avoid any penalty charge.Thereafter the hotel would apply one-night accommodation charge or subject to terms and conditions when making the reservation in case of non-refundable required.

It is subject to booking conditions. With the regular cancellation policy, which the cancellation requirement should request to our reservation two days before arrival date, after that our hotel would process the refund the whole amount or the rest amount to your credit card balance.
