Our dorms are a social zone designed for adult travelers, so they’re not suitable for children. If you’re traveling with kids, we recommend booking one of our private rooms so everyone can relax and enjoy their stay.
What’s the minimum age to check in?
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in at Lub d.
Can I bring a friend to my room?
All guests need to be registered at the front desk. For private rooms, we allow outside visitors (valid ID required, and an extra charge may apply). Please note you’re responsible for any damage or issues caused by outside visitors.
Do you allow smoking?
All of our rooms are smoke-free. We do have designated smoking areas on-site — just follow the signs and you’re good to go. Smoking in the room will result in penalties.
Can I request a baby cot?
We don’t provide baby cots, but our team can help recommend room types that work best for families.
Is cannabis allowed at Lub d?
No, cannabis is not permitted in any of our properties. While Thai law currently allows medical use with a valid prescription, recreational use and possession remain restricted. To keep our spaces safe, comfortable, and welcoming for all, guests are not allowed to use or carry cannabis on-site.
Check-in & Check-out
What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible (subject to availability and extra charges). In the meantime, feel free to drop your bags and enjoy our common areas until your room is ready.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out may be available for an additional charge — ask the front desk before your last day. After check-out, you’re still welcome to store your luggage and use our facilities until it’s time to go.
My flight arrives late. Can I still check in?
No stress — our front desk is open 24/7. You can check in any time after 2:00 PM.
Bookings & Payments
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For flexible bookings, we just need a credit card guarantee. For non-refundable promotions, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Can I book without a credit card?
Yes. You can pay by iPay, bank transfer, or get in touch with our reservations team directly to help finalize your booking.
What payment methods do you accept at the hotel?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Alipay, and cash in local currency. In Lub d Siem Reap, USD cash is also accepted.
Changes & Cancellations
How can I change or cancel my reservation?

What’s your cancellation policy?
For flexible bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before arrival are free of charge. If you cancel later, the full booking amount will be charged. Non-refundable bookings follow the terms you agreed to at the time of reservation.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
If you booked through a third party, all changes and cancellations must go through them.
