We have special rates for you who want to stay with us for 7 nights or longer consecutively.

Conditions
  • We only accept Long Stay Promotion booking via email (contact.silom@lubd.com).
  • We will check room availability and email you the confirmation. The room will be held for you for 2 days. The non-refundable deposit of 30% of total amount or 1 night, whichever is greater, plus transferring fee must be paid within 2 days after we send you the confirmation and must be at least 3 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the deposit within the specific time, the booking will be cancelled.
  • The deposit must be paid by credit card, direct money transfer or through PayPal. The details will be given to you along with the confirmation.
  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The reservation is amendable but at least 3 days prior to arrival.
  • Booking 7 days prior to arrival is a must.

  • We only accept bookings for tourism industry people via email (contact.silom@lubd.com).
  • Applies to 2 room types only; Lub d Double room and Railway Twin room.
  • We will check room availability and email you the confirmation. The room will be held for you for 2 days. The non-refundable deposit of 30% of total amount or 1 night, whichever is greater, plus transferring fee must be paid within 2 days after we send you the confirmation and must be at least 3 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the deposit within the specific time, the booking will be cancelled.
